The Resort

Las Terrazas de La Torre is the fifth and latest course to be constructed by Polaris World in the Costa Calida area in Murcia.

It is an 18 hole, par 72 desert style course designed by the Jack Nicklaus design company and forms part of the eventual 9 course Nicklaus Golf Trail due to be completed in 2012.

The course will be a self-contained resort with apartments, villas and town houses together with a Club House and Town Centre. The new Town Centre   will be built around, and incorporate an old Hacienda. This will contain shops, restaurants, bars and a medical centre.

The golf course is currently under construction with 9 holes due to be completed by September with the whole resort due for completion in 2011.
Visitors staying on the resort will benefit from reduced green fees and can take advantage of a regular shuttle bus to other Polaris courses and the Polaris Beach Club at La Manga.

The sister course to Las Terrazas is La Torre which is but a couple of minutes drive along the link road between the two resorts and is fully operational with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and even a 5 star Hotel where international artists perform.

The resort benefits from 24hour security patrols and a manned security gate for access to the site. Number plate recognition cameras are used to allow easy movement between resorts once the registration number has been logged.
